Budmouth Academy has always valued the importance of a strong enrichment and extra–curricular programme of activities. We believe it is very important for students to be able to learn new skills and have enjoyable and rewarding experiences beyond the classroom.
We offer a wide and varied programme of clubs and activities. All students are encouraged to participate in at least one activity, though many choose to get involved in several. Our activities take place at lunchtimes throughout the week, or after school on a Tuesday to Friday from 3.00-4.00pm.

In addition to these enrichment activities there is also after school study support available for students. Homework Club takes place every day in the Resources Centre from 3.00-5.00pm. Other subjects also offer additional intervention and support at different times of the academic year and will be published in due course.
We are open to, and would welcome, any suggestions for activities not currently offered, we would be delighted to receive them and will carefully consider how they might enrich our current provision.
